Service cancellations and changes

Please request a cancellation or schedule change as soon as possible through your secure customer portal or our contact page. Eligibility for a refund, credit, or cancellation fee depends on the timing of the request, work already performed, nonrecoverable costs, and the service agreement for your property.

A request is not complete until MN Home Watch Services confirms it. We do not treat a payment dispute, a missed message, or an abandoned checkout as a service cancellation.

Billing errors and completed services

Tell us promptly if you believe an invoice is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or does not reflect the agreed service. We will review the service record and invoice. A completed service is generally not refundable merely because the property had no visible concern, but this does not limit refunds required by the service agreement or applicable law.

Approved refunds

An approved card refund is returned through the original payment method. The payment provider and your financial institution control when the credit appears. We do not ask customers to send card or bank credentials by email, contact form, or portal message.

Minnesota cancellation rights

Some transactions made at a customer's home or away from our normal place of business may qualify as a Minnesota home solicitation sale. When that law applies, the customer may have a separate right to cancel through midnight of the third business day after the sale and receive the remedies required by law. The signed agreement and cancellation notice provide the instructions for exercising that right. This website summary does not replace a required contract notice or reduce any nonwaivable consumer right.

Payment disputes

Please contact us first when practical so we can investigate a billing concern. Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from using rights available through a card issuer, payment provider, service agreement, or applicable law. We do not promise a particular outcome before reviewing the facts.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to payments for MN Home Watch Services. It does not make us responsible for a third-party vendor's work, charges, cancellation terms, or refunds. If this page conflicts with a signed service agreement or applicable law, the agreement and law control to the extent permitted.
