What is a home watch visit?
A scheduled visual check of agreed-upon areas of an unoccupied property for obvious issues. We document observations and notify you of concerns according to your plan. It is not a technical home inspection or security monitoring.
How often will you visit?
Visit frequency depends on your property, the time you will be away, and your preferences. We discuss a suitable scope and schedule during consultation. Check your insurer’s requirements for vacant properties as well.
What happens if you notice a concern?
We document what we observe and contact you using the communication plan agreed in advance. Any follow-up, vendor coordination, or additional visit depends on your approved scope and availability. We do not provide emergency response.
Do you cover my area?
We are starting with Twin Cities metro inquiries. Exact coverage depends on your address and is confirmed during consultation. For another Minnesota location, you can still inquire and we will let you know whether service is possible.
Is home watch the same as house sitting or security?
No. Home watch consists of scheduled visual checks; it does not involve living at the property, continuously monitoring it, providing security services, or guaranteeing against loss.
